Mother's love

 We are in the middle of a talk with my mother, when she suddenly interrupts me to ask a question before we proceed.

The question goes, When are you planning to settle down? Time is not on your side, I always pray for you to get someone who will love you right and treat you well. All this time, I am quiet and just listening with a little chills in my nerves.I am still figuring on what kind of answer I should give her, deep down in my heart I know I am not in any serious relationship but I have to convince my mother that all is well and I will be settling and starting a family soon. 

I finally gather the courage and tell her that her wish will be fulfilled, finally I can see her smile, she wraps her arms around me and whispers to my ears 'I wish you all the best my daughter. A mother's love will stay forever in our hearts.
